REPORT ON THE IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON MIGRATION

The White House’s report presents the case for addressing climate change migration. It also highlights that migration can constitute a strategic and “essential response” to socio-economic impacts. The report examines how climate change migration will impact defence and security. In terms of policy, this report presents the value of interagency coordination, particularly as it relates to predictive analysis and resilience building.
